How quickly can I receive a free sample?
Samples ship within 48 hours of confirming your grade preference and delivery address. We use SF, DHL Fedex Express to all over the world — typical transit is 3–7 business days. Every sample ships with a full CoA including dual HPLC-measured markers.
Can you provide a CoA, MSDS, and regulatory dossier?
Do you offer custom extract specifications or OEM formulation?
Yes. Our R&D team in Lushi can develop custom marker concentrations, carrier systems (maltodextrin, cyclodextrin), and multi-herb compound extracts to your specification. OEM private-label packaging is also available from 50 kg MOQ. Lead time for a custom development is typically 4–6 weeks from brief to validated batch.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ for dry powder extracts is 50 kg per grade. For fluid extracts and granules the MOQ is 50 kg. Custom compound formulas have a 50 kg MOQ. We can discuss smaller trial orders of 1–2 kg for qualified buyers; please mention this in your inquiry.
Is an NDA available before sharing my formula?
Absolutely. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before any technical brief or formula disclosure. Simply request one when you send your inquiry and we will countersign and return within the same business day. We take formula confidentiality extremely seriously.
Which shipping terms and payment methods do you accept?
We ship EXW Lushi, FOB Shanghai, or CIF to your destination port — whichever suits your logistics. Accepted payment methods include T/T bank transfer. A proforma invoice is provided before any payment.
